Spanish DJ & producer Dennis Cruz has announced the launch of his latest project, a new imprint and event series named BotaniQ.
The new project and platform were born from the fusion of nature and sound, reflecting the artist’s vision of pairing music with natural elements, not only through the records themselves but also through a series of global label events, with the first happening on May, 29th, 2025, at Amsterdam’s Lofi Courtyard.
“I’m excited to share this brand new concept to the world. BotaniQ is an idea that has no boundaries, meaning that I can showcase all the styles of music that I make, enjoy, and play without being restricted to genres. We’ll also bring this idea to the dancefloor, with events designed to focus on the music and people and avoiding unnecessary distractions,” he commented.
BotaniQ’s debut, ‘Way Back,’ is a groove-rich two-track EP, crafted for the dancefloor. Each one highlights Dennis’ deep and flowing energy — an ideal preview of the brand’s path to follow, as the label prepares for a series of selected releases from Cruz alongside a curated lineup of collaborators and guest artists in the coming months.
