SoundCloud has launched a new global subscription service for artists, consolidating multiple tools into a single plan. The update aims to streamline artist services under one platform.

The new subscription combines distribution, fan support, and merchandise capabilities, and allows artists to earn 100 percent of royalties from streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and YouTube Music. Additionally, SoundCloud will no longer take a cut from direct fan contributions made through the platform’s “Support” button.

Vinyl pressing and merchandise integration are also included, with the service now offering on-demand production and sales features. The change applies automatically to current Artist and Artist Pro subscribers.

SoundCloud has always been about putting artists first,” said CEO Eliah Seton. “With this launch, we’re taking that mission further by giving artists a truly all-in-one subscription.”

The move comes as more platforms compete to offer direct-to-fan tools, and positions SoundCloud closer to a full-service solution for independent musicians.
