James Blake has revealed his seventh studio album, ‘Trying Times’, arriving on March 13th, 2026, on Good Boy Records. The first single, ‘Death of Love’, is out now.
Built around themes of intimacy and emotional vulnerability, the LP explores the tension between personal connection and the uncertainty of a shifting world.
Spanning 13 tracks, ‘Trying Times’ features guest appearances from Monica Martin and UK rapper Dave. Martin previously collaborated with Blake on ‘Show Me’ and ‘Go Easy, Kid’, while Dave and Blake last worked together on the acclaimed project ‘The Boy Who Played The Harp’.
