Fred again.. has unveiled a new single titled ‘Scared’, a collaboration with Young Thug that also features guest vocals from Lil Yachty. The track reimagines Young Thug’s unreleased 2018 song ‘Lucky’ and continues Fred’s ‘USB’ LP into 2026.
Originally teased during a Twitch stream in late 2025, ‘Scared’ has been released alongside two music videos — the standard version and a second take dubbed ‘brandon’s night pt.2’. According to the official description, both visuals follow “the story of Brandon on a night out,” with one version set to hardstyle and the other offering a different perspective.
‘Scared’ follows recent 2025 entries into the ‘USB’ series, including ‘HARDSTYLE 2’ with KETTAMA and Shady Nasty, and ‘Talk of the Town’ with Sammy Virji and Reggie.
The release lands as Fred again.. wraps up a six-show run at New York’s East End Studios, which also featured a complementary exhibition. His USB002 tour will continue in February with four nights at London’s Alexandra Palace.
