Aalson and Polygraph have united for their debut collaborative single, ‘Uncoded,’ released via French imprint Labo T.
The project represents a new chapter for both producers, who have previously established themselves on the label through various solo releases. This release brings their distinct individual styles together into a single cohesive production for the first time.
Musically, the track bridges the gap between structured electronic sound design and classical arrangement. Polygraph contributes detailed electronic programming, while Aalson introduces cinematic orchestration and organic textures. The arrangement relies on contrast, eschewing traditional club formulas to focus on a balance between digital synthesis and acoustic instrumentation.
Both artists have developed a history with Labo T, contributing to the label’s reputation for melodic and atmospheric electronic music. Their previous solo work on the platform laid the groundwork for this sonic partnership.
