L.A. DYSTO and Theo Suess have released their first EP, ‘Peace, Love and Ecstasy’, via Sprechen.
The release brings together the Derry-based three-piece of Jonny Mac, Steky, and Shay with Ibiza-based Mancunian vocalist and lyricist Theo Suess. The group has already drawn early support from Purple Disco Machine and Catz & Dogz.
‘Peace, Love and Ecstasy’ opens with the title track, an acid house cut built across shifting sections and featuring bass and guitar from Florida’s Ruffalo twins. The package also includes a Viper Patrol remix, alongside ‘Addicted…’, Hi Fi Sean’s ‘Sleaze Mix’ and a Massey remix from Sprechen head Chris Massey.
The tracks have already been road-tested at Pikes and Paradise Lost in Ibiza, Frequency in Derry, and The Night Institute in Belfast, where Jordan Nocturne has played them out.
