Loco Dice has returned with ‘Hold Up (You Feel That)’, his first new single in over a year. The track, which is now available via Universal Music, follows his 2025 album ‘Purple Jam’.
Built around densely programmed percussion, a brisk tech-house rhythm, and a recurring female spoken-word vocal, the single places its title phrase at the center of the arrangement.
The release continues a career that has moved between hip-hop and electronic music. Loco Dice began as a DJ and rapper in the early 1990s before establishing himself through different albums. His wider discography includes releases on Ovum, Minus, and Cocoon, alongside remixes for Moby, Disclosure, and Basement Jaxx. He also founded Desolat in 2007, later launching the En Couleur and SB Recordings imprints.
