Young artist born and raised in Honduras. Multifaceted artist that has overcomed and opened his way in Central America scene, establishing the most promising gigs and events. Founder of Retune Music one of the first labels in the region that has captured big talents all over the world.
Honduran DJ/Promoter-label manager and producer from San Pedro Sula,Honduras. Launching his career in 2006, he quickly established himself in his home city by earning a residency at Esperanto. For two years his “Esperanto Session” residency brought electronic music to the masses of San Pedro Sula for the first time.
Pineda refined his mixing style and musical tastes at Esperanto, developing a fresh, lively, and aesthetic sound to match his technical ability.
Not content with his residency at Esperanto, Pineda first formed Arsis Studio and later in 2010 teamed up with fellow San Pedro Sula DJ and producer Rafa Verdial to launch Re:tune Music. With his focus squarely on Re:tune, the label has grown into Honduras’ and central america most important music distribution label.
Not stopping with simply releasing music, Re:tune has become renowned for hosting national events, such as Pulhanation, inviting the best national and Central American DJs to play alongside invited international guests in an exquisite outdoor setting at the Pulhapanzak waterfall. Pulhanation has become Re:tune’s signature event, highly anticipated each year throughout Honduras and the region.
Since launching Re:tune, Pineda’s success has only continued. Having now established himself at the top of the central america scene, Ramon has been invited to play the most important event in the country, Sunjam, as well as taking Re:tune events to neighboring countries El Salvador, Guatemala,Costa Rica and Nicaragua, Miami. He has shared the booth with acclaimed international DJs and big afilliations to his label like Butane, Alexi delano, Clickbox, Ariel rodz, the midnight perverts etc.
Dedicated to the music and to his label, Pineda’s career success is only beginning. Playing throughout Honduras and Central & north America , he brings an unmatched energy and passion to the decks, to his music production, and to event planning in order to bring unforgettable musical experiences to the masses.
