The Swedish DJ and producer presents two new tracks.

The founder of Drumcode always thinks it through before releasing his music via his own label, which is why he decided to wait for the right moment. Following his last material for the imprint back in 2015, titled ‘Stone Flower’, the artist has just revealed his latest work, the ‘No Defeat No Retreat’ EP.

This two-track record was written by Beyer during several fruitful production sessions during the quarantine. In between sounds, the producer wanders in 80s nu-wave, featuring synth riffs, vocal hooks, and catchy basslines.

‘This EP combines the old with the new. I spent a lot of time during the lockdown reviewing my record collection and listening to music from different genres and generations. I’ve written a lot of new music in the last few months and it’s been a really nice experience, slowing down and having time to get creative in the studio again’, says Adam Beyer.

‘No Defeat No Retreat’ will be available on July 17 via Drumcode, and you can pre-order it here
