Brazilian dynamo ANNA has shared details of her upcoming studio album entitled ‘Intentions’. The new record is set to drop on May 19th and will be available to stream and purchase via her recently launched Mercury KX imprint.

‘Intentions’ was recorded in ANNA’s own Anaweth Studio, and is best described as an immersive meditation experience that is “to be experienced as a journey for healing and growth”. The album will also feature remixes by Max Cooper and Jon Hopkins.

In line with the announcement, the artist and producer has shared the drop of ‘Receiving’. The new cut is the first single to stem from ‘Intentions’ and features the collaboration of Laraaji.

“Let it go. Let it be. Let it arrive. Just like it’s meant to. Release the need to try, and allow whatever comes to flow in. Receiving the totality of your experience, without controlling it. No trying. No resisting. Only openness. Maybe you will encounter bliss or find deep resolution. Other times, nothing at all. Simply surrender; everything belongs here. This song will hold the space for you to receive. Trust it. Set an intention to… surrender to what is and welcome what appears.” says ANNA about ‘Receiving’.
