Arky Waters has presented his debut album, ‘Holdin’ On’, via Mammal Sounds Records.
The LP marks the Australian producer and DJ’s first full-length project and follows a run of singles including ‘Holdin’ On’ featuring MAMI, ‘Ay Papi’, ‘UGETME?’, ‘OMG’, ‘Molly’, ‘Run It Up’, and ‘Just’.
Rooted in Sydney’s club scene, ‘Holdin’ On’ reflects Waters’ move toward bass music and a more dancefloor-focused production process.
“‘Holdin’ On’ is a reflection of my education in electronic music over the past couple of years,” said Arky Waters. “In a lot of ways, it feels like a journal entry, a snapshot of what was around me at the time.”
The album also includes focus track ‘Take a Trip’, a collaboration with LX. Waters said the track began during a studio session and was shaped by their shared interest in drum and bass.
Arky Waters will celebrate the release with an album launch party at Unholy Playhouse in Sydney on July 18th, 2026.
