Turkish-Italian multi-instrumentalist Carlita has come together with German juggernauts andhim for the drop of their new collaborative single entitled ‘Life’. The new drop is already available to stream and purchase across all major digital outlets via DJ Tennis’ own Life And Death imprint.
An emotional, kaleidoscopic outing, ‘Life’ fuses andhim’s characteristic “super house” with Carlita’s everlasting versatility for an uplifting sonic journey.
“I’ve always been a huge fan of andhim ever since I started getting into electronic music when I was much younger. They’ve always inspired me and I have always admired the music that they produce. When I started djing, I always played their music in my sets and always wanted to work with them one day. When we decided to finally get in the studio together it was so natural and we really fed off each other’s vibe and managed to create these 2 amazing tracks which I am so happy with. Each of us has our parts which we have weaved into these tracks and I feel they are really unique and I can’t wait for the release,” says Carlita about the release.
“Carlita has been always supporting us and our music and after we got to know each other we decided to make some magic together. We love that her taste in music is so diverse and she is open for any direction. That’s also our approach when it comes to creating and playing music. For us, there has never been any boundaries in expressing ourselves. With this EP we tried to capture this diversity and put two different moods and energies onto one record,” andhim added.
