Cercle just presented its new concert experience with its project, ‘Cercle Odyssey.’  This venture looks to redefine concerts, offering a multisensory journey beyond traditional live music.

‘Cercle Odyssey’ stands as a pioneer in nomadic concert structures, embodying the creative vision of Derek Barbolla, the founder and Creative Director of Cercle, aspiring to cultivate a profound connection between the music, the visual narrative, and the emotions of the audience.

Barbolla expressed his intent, stating, “My current obsession is to create the shortest connection between the music played by the artist, the video narrative that we will present live on the screens, and the audience’s emotions. I want to connect these 3 things together at the deepest level and I believe this is still underdeveloped in the entertainment industry. If, by the end of a Cercle Odyssey show, I see people on the dance floor literally moved to tears, then I will consider it a success.”

The organizers also confirmed the first 2025 dates:   April 25th-26th in Mexico City, May 9th-10th in Los Angeles,  and May 30th-31st in Paris.

‘Cercle Odyssey’ will offer a fusion of live music and visual storytelling, projected in a 360-degree panorama with a ‘no phone policy’. The concept, inspired by Ulysses’ myth, aims to evoke the fulfillment of an epic journey’s end.

Cercle’s scenography combines advanced technology and eco-friendly design, using large screens for high-definition visuals synced with music. This innovative approach targets reducing carbon footprint by cutting transportation emissions and energy use.
