Disclosure return with their new single ‘The Sun Comes Up Tremendous.’ The track arrives with an accompanying video and marks their first release of 2026.
Featuring lead vocals from Howard Lawrence, the single sees the duo exploring a more introspective direction. It is the first Disclosure track to feature Howard on lead since 2023’s ‘Alchemy’, bringing a personal edge to the release.
‘The Sun Comes Up Tremendous’ centers on the tension between confidence and uncertainty, unfolding through layered production and evolving arrangements. The track builds gradually, combining restrained vocals with synth textures, rhythmic pulses, and cinematic elements that shape its progression.
The official video, directed by Colt Grice and Moldyroom, was filmed near the coast in Los Angeles. It captures the duo performing in an open-air structure at dusk, with the visual narrative following the transition from light into darkness in line with the track’s tone.
The release lands as Disclosure prepare to embark on their Spring 2026 North America tour, beginning April 7th. The run includes multiple headline dates and newly added DJ shows across key cities, alongside festival appearances such as Coachella.
