EG SPOTLIGHT.334 Marco Weber

Marco Weber makes his debut on the EG Spotlight series with a session built around groove, swing, and dancefloor focus.
Based in Switzerland, the DJ and producer has been shaping a sound rooted in house music, where rolling drums, warm low end, and carefully placed textures carry the energy forward. His early connection with electronic music began through drum and bass, while jazz, funk, classic rock, and old school hip hop helped widen his musical instinct.
That range comes through in his productions and selections. There is a warehouse edge in his approach, but also a brighter deep house touch that keeps the music open, direct, and physical. With releases on Sublease, Bondage, Whoyostro, and klaus:elle, plus growing activity across Zurich and beyond, Weber arrives with a clear sense of direction.
For his EG Spotlight debut, Marco Weber moves through Steve Bug, Ammo Avenue, Gorge, Luuk Van Dijk, Pornbugs, Benno Blome, and his own original cuts and remix work, tracing a sharp line between groove, mood, and intent.
