EG SPOTLIGHT.339 Profetik

Profetik’s new single ‘Feels Like Home’ is out now via Seraph Records. Stream and download here.
There is something almost ceremonial about the way Profetik builds tension. Voices appear like distant signals, melodies rise slowly, and every transition feels designed to pull the listener deeper into the mix.
For his EG Spotlight session, the artist brings together melodic house and techno with a darker, more dramatic tone. Tracks from Adriatique, Colyn, Kevin de Vries, Argy, Miss Monique, and Massano sit beside five Profetik productions, including three unreleased IDs.
The mix also offers a first look at the next stage of his career. Following releases on Armada, Black Hole, and Ride Recordings, Profetik has launched Seraph Records, giving him full control over the music, imagery, and ideas that define the project.
Biblical references remain part of that language, but they are never presented literally. Instead, they appear through atmosphere, scale, and contrast. Light against darkness. Calm before impact. Faith translated into rhythm.
By the final track, the session feels less like a collection of records and more like a single continuous passage.
