Magit Cacoon returns to Electronic Groove for another chapter in a relationship that has developed across several mixes over the years. Her latest session arrives alongside “You Were Never Mine,” released on July 17th, 2026, through her Mago Music imprint.

A respected DJ, producer, and label founder, Cacoon has spent more than a decade building a distinct identity within underground electronic music. Her catalog includes over 150 production credits, with releases on Renaissance Records, Radikon, Second State, Crosstown Rebels, Watergate Records, KATERMUKKE, DGTL, and Kölsch’s IPSO.

Her studio work has earned support from artists including Solomun, while her remix credits include Steven Wilson’s “King Ghost,” from the Grammy nominated album “The Future Bites.” She has also worked with Kölsch and developed a broad catalog shaped by original productions, collaborations, and remixes.

Founded in 2020, Mago Music has become the main home for Cacoon’s creative direction. The label brings together her own music with work from artists who share a strong club focused approach. Its latest release, “You Were Never Mine,” marks another step in that ongoing vision.

Behind the decks, Cacoon moves across indie dance, melodic house, techno, and darker club rhythms. Her career has included appearances at Tomorrowland, Day Zero, Get Lost, OFFSónar, Melt Festival, Fusion Festival, DC10, Fabric, Watergate, Panorama Bar, Kater Blau, and Bar 25.

Her new Electronic Groove mix brings that range into focus, pairing her own productions with music from Adam Ten and Rafael, Fur Coat and ELIF, Aquarius Ezra, Gozlan, and others. With “You Were Never Mine” placed near the heart of the session, the mix offers a clear view of her current sound and the direction of Mago Music.
