EG announces charity compilation for Venezuela Earthquake relief

Featuring Nick Warren, Hernán Cattáneo, Danny Howells, and more.

Electronic Groove has announced a new charity compilation to support families affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela.

The release will bring together exclusive original tracks from artists across the progressive house and underground electronic music community. The first confirmed contributors are Nick Warren, Hernán Cattáneo & Tom Pavicich, Danny Howells, Brian Cid, Glenn Morrison, Ricky Ryan & Maze 28, Thaddeus X, Prototype,  Iván Sandhas, with more artists to be confirmed.

The compilation will be released directly through Electronic Groove, with proceeds intended to support emergency relief work in Venezuela through World Central Kitchen. Full details on the release date, donation process, and final beneficiary arrangement will be shared before launch.

“The devastation is beyond belief,” says Mauricio Viana, Founder of Electronic Groove. “Anything anyone can do will help, not only with immediate rescue efforts, but also with the terrible consequences faced by displaced families and the long process of rebuilding. We reached out to artists who have been close to Electronic Groove for many years, and their immediate willingness to donate original music has been deeply moving. This is a collective response from a community that cares and wants to help in a real way.”

The compilation artwork was donated by Venezuelan artist Slomo. His geometric visual work brings the colors of the country into the project while giving the release its own identity.

As part of the wider campaign, EG has also created a limited run of 250 charity T-shirts, with proceeds set to support the same relief effort. The shirts are available in tandem with the campaign as another way for the community to contribute. Grab yours here.

Alongside the compilation and T-shirt campaigns, Electronic Groove is coordinating a Miami community action on July 9th, 2026. The initiative will bring together clubs, artists, promoters, and music lovers to raise funds and collect physical donations for families affected by the crisis.

Further information on participating artists, the full tracklist, release date, and donation process will be announced soon.
