Singer, songwriter, producer, and visual artist Klaverson has released his second EP, ‘Above Ground’, via Beyond Records.

Following his breakout debut ‘Reflections’ — which amassed over 15 million streams and earned support from Spotify, Apple Music, BBC Radio 1, among others  — Klaverson returns with a soul-charged seven-track collection. ‘Above Ground’ is an exploration of resilience, self-belief, and emotional transformation, capturing the moments where we rise and begin again.

Led by the single ‘Rising’, which has been featured on Sian Eleri’s Chillest Show and received multiple spins on BBC Radio 1, the EP showcases Klaverson’s fusion of electronic textures with cinematic and vocal-led storytelling. “This EP is about those breakthrough moments – where you find strength to rise again or help someone else do the same,” he explains. “I wanted the music to almost feel like a new horizon – super positive and uplifting, to take you to a different place that lifts you above the noise and stress of life.”

‘Above Ground’ opens with ‘Better Man’, a swelling, emotionally charged reflection on growth, and closes with the atmospheric ‘First Time’, blending romance and reinvention. Other highlights include the introspective ‘Higher Now’, the delicate instrumental interlude ‘Shinjuku’, and the anthemic, self-empowering ‘Bet On You’.

To mark the release, Klaverson will host a full EP listening party on Abbie McCarthy’s BBC Introducing show on June 26th. More info available here.
