Kölsch releases new EP on Kompakt

His next LP follows his acclaimed trilogy ‘1977’, ‘1983’ and ‘1989’.

Danish DJ and producer Kölsch will release his fourth studio album ‘Now Here No Where’ on September 25th, but in the build-up, he shared a two-track EP entitled ‘While Waiting For Something To Care About / Now Here No Where’.

‘While Waiting For Something To Care About’ is a cut that combines orchestral elements with the energy of the dance floor. Then ‘Now Here No Where’ focuses on the piano chords, building momentum and euphoria as it goes.

The album will consist of 12 songs, and the artist says it is inspired by life in 2020. ‘A time defined by confusion, misinformation, and environmental challenges. It is an emotional interpretation of personal and mental challenges, observations, and personal growth. Above all, it is an album about hope’, adds Kölsch.
