Somewhere between Leftfield and trip hop as the name suggests, ‘TripField’ is built on uplifting beats and subby basslines that glide across the 80-110bpm range, and finds Flatfoot Sam ‘working tirelessly to ensure that each song he creates provides a raw and deep connection to each of his listeners’. Conveying an ethereal aura, the producer paints wondrous soundscapes that perfectly contrast to the backdrop of harder, grittier club grooves and acid lines.
