Featuring remixes by Kommodo and Hells Kitchen.
Italian duo Moeaike has just returned to the Spanish label Awen Records with their new EP, ‘Feel’. Created by Roberto Dell’Osso and Gaetano Laterza in 2019, the project emerged as a form of manifesto about the conscience we have with our planet.
It is through the project’s name, which means “clean air” or “pure air”, that the duo found a way to convey a message of hope and rebirth for a mistreated planet and for environmental protection. All this translated into songs with a contemplative appeal. ‘Feel’ brings that mentality to life through intense melodies of ambient music, a mix of electronic sounds, reaching an evocative dark sound that mixes emotions.
‘Feel’ showcases two original tracks and two remixes. The first one comes courtesy of Brazilian DJ and producer Kommodo, who takes care of giving a perspective full of feelings and melodic layers from beginning to end. On the other hand, Hells Kitchen, Simon Ermakov’s pseudonym, brings a sound perspective based on deep sounds into his project, with a lot of melody and environmental nuances, connecting genres of Melodic Techno and House, Deep House, and Electronica.
