London will be hosting a new vinyl exhibition that pays homage to iconic records from 1990. The ’33 1/3 Vinyl Exhibition’, curated by Key Production Group, a well-known vinyl record pressing manufacturer, will be held at The Vinyl Cafe in Tileyard London on Thursday, November 30th, 2023.
This two-week event will feature beloved albums like Happy Mondays’ ‘Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches,’ as well as records from notable artists including Kylie Minogue, Ride, Deee-Lite, and Prince.
According to Karen Emanuel, CEO of Key Production Group, the exhibition takes us on a nostalgic journey back to the roots of the company, when these records defined an era. However, it also embraces the present and future of vinyl, providing an opportunity to celebrate the enduring appeal of this medium.
Key Production Group, originally established as Key Production in 1990, has become a leading manufacturer of vinyl, cassettes, CDs, and DVDs for the music industry. Their impressive portfolio includes collaborations with esteemed artists such as Björk, Radiohead, Little Simz, and the production of Ezra Collective’s Mercury Prize-winning album, ‘Where I’m Meant To Be.’
The ’33 1/3 Vinyl Exhibition’ will be open until December 13th, 2023 allowing visitors plenty of time to explore this captivating celebration of music history.
