‘Clickbait (This Ain’t Hollywood)’ finds Maceo Plex & AVNU channeling their inner Daft Punk as they deliver a modern take on robot techno funk with its slinky drums, cinematic synths, and topical lyrics that aim to “highlight the disparities between social media influencer lifestyles and the realities of everyday life in mainstream Hollywood and modern-day society in general.”
