Miami Art Week will be the stage for the premiere of an enthralling photo exhibition that documents some of dance music’s most iconic clubs.

Titled ‘Walk The Night’, this exhibition pays tribute to the pioneers who played a vital role in shaping the culture and sound systems that amplified the movement. It features stunning photographs of legendary nightspots such as Studio 54, Paradise Garage, and The Warehouse. These remarkable images were captured by acclaimed photographers Bill Bernstein, Tina Paul, and Robert Williams, respectively.

The exhibition will commence with an opening party on December 6th at the renowned Miami venue Gramps. The event will showcase performances by esteemed artists including Musclecars, Garrett David, KC Wray, and CtrlZora. Furthermore, a closing party will take place at Arlo Wynwood on December 9th, featuring captivating sets by renowned artists Danny Krivit, Victor Rosado, and exhibition co-curator Ron Trent.

Before the exhibition launch, an audiophile showcase will be hosted on December 7th, presented by authors Paul Raffaele and Barbie Bertisch (known as Dope From Hope) from Love Injection. As moderators, Trent and fellow curator Adrian Loving will explore the significance of sound systems and their role in fostering cultural unity among dancers, musicians, and DJs.

Looking ahead, Trent envisions transforming ‘Walk The Night’ into a traveling exhibition, igniting meaningful conversations worldwide.
