‘Be A Rebel’ comes full of hope.
Leaning into the more danceable pastures of their synth-based sound, the iconic British band New Order has just released ‘Be A Rebel’, their first release since their 2015 studio album ‘Music Complete’.
‘We can’t play live for a while, but music is still something we can all share together. We hope you enjoy it’, said Bernard Sumner, leader of New Order, who assured that they wanted to reach their audience with new music in these difficult times.
‘It was very strange to do music remotely, with the song coming and going, but it turned out really good!’, explains drummer Stephen Morris about the process, noting that it’s kind of a continuation on their previous album ‘Music Complete’.
