DJ & producer Omer Keinan has released his latest EP, titled ‘Bafla’. The three-track package is now available through Ursul Records.

Rooted in jazz and steeped in modal and tribal traditions, Keinan’s approach to music emphasizes emotional exploration through sound. ‘Bafla’ features the tracks ‘Bafla’, ‘King Solomon’, and ‘Supermoon’, each woven from a blend of ancient musical intuition and electronic synthesis. The release reflects his journey through various sonic landscapes and his ongoing dialogue between complexity and instinct.

“With roots in jazz and a deep love for its complexity, I’ve always searched for ways to bridge that richness with broader, more instinctive musical experiences,” Keinan says. “Discovering the synthesizer was a turning point: it allowed me to merge jazz foundations, ancient musical intuition, and the endless possibilities of electronic sound.”
