Raphael Mader returns to Renaissance with his ‘Elysia’ EP

His previous releases on the label, ‘Grace Of Colors’ and ‘Propaganda’ were supported by Hernan Cattaneo, Gabriel & Dresden, and BLANCAh.

Techno DJ and producer Raphael Mader is back on Renaissance with his ‘Elysia’ EP. His new material, which contains four tracks, tells the artist’s own personal story, his experience of the last 12 months, and the collective problems that we have all had to face.

In a press release, they indicate that the main track, ‘Elysia’, ‘tells the current story of the very serious and dramatic situation in which the world finds itself’, and that ‘the voices should be interpreted as cries for help. The intention is for its haunting melancholy and atmospheres captures the overall mood, albeit with an underlying touch of optimism’.

On the other hand, ‘Fractured’ is a more reflective and defensive composition. Inspired by the question of whether the world will ever be the same as it once was’. While ‘Fading Still’ is the optimistic answer to this question. The last track, ‘Common Sense’, ‘is a call to take responsibility and look forward with optimism’.
