2023 was a great and successful year for Juliet Fox’s TREGAMBE, as the label opened its doors to other artists for the first time, creating a platform for upcoming and talented producers from the techno landscape. The label continues this trajectory in 2024, and for the first release of the year, it welcomes Marianne, a rising and talented DJ and producer from Colombia, who debuts with the ‘Oriente’ single.
Marianne brings some serious heat with the ‘Oriente’ single by providing two stellar productions. In the first track ‘Oriente’, the punchy kick drum and driving bassline maintain a stable pulse of high energy, whilst the cosmic synths and futuristic vocals add a spacey and profound feel. The second track, ‘X1’ seamlessly blends a driving techno bassline with a groove that keeps on building. The track takes the listener on a journey of twists and turns using a unique array of sounds effortlessly complimenting each other as they roll.
