Four people are reported dead

Yesterday was last day of BPM Festival’s 10th edition. Unfortunate news come from the Mexican land as at least one gunman entered Blue Parrott club and opened fire to the party attendants. Elrow was hosting their event on the Playa del Carmen venue.

Witnesess report that they heard “10 to 20 shots” and “sounded like fireworks”. Also British DJ Jackmaster tweeted about the situation “Someone has come into the club in Playa Del Carmen and opened fire. 4-5 dead and many wounded”

All BPM parties were closed after the incident and there is not an official statement yet.
