Paris-based DJ and producer Sim Fossil is returning to Dream Chimney with ‘Side Order,’ a three-track release due out on August 20th, 2026. ‘Green Hours’ is available to stream now, while the full release is open for pre-order.
Following ‘Tidal Figures,’ Sim Fossil returns to the label with a sharper, dancefloor-oriented focus. Across ‘Side Order,’ ‘Elsewhen,’ and ‘Green Hours,’ the project connects low-BPM proto-house, NuBeat, and Balearic techno through vintage synth textures, vocal accents, and weighty low-end grooves.
Written and produced by Sim Fossil and mastered by SOMNUM studio, ‘Side Order’ will also be available as a 12-inch edition through Elastic Stage.
