The release arrives ahead of his debut CONTRA event in Berlin.

Skrillex has released ‘Thistle’, a new collaborative single created alongside Blawan, MC Dricka, and Randomer. The track marks the latest chapter in the producer’s current run of releases and follows recent singles ‘Duro’ with Young Miko and ‘Smoke’ with ISOxo.
Before its official release, ‘Thistle’ was shared directly with fans through Skrillex’s mailing list, generating anticipation before becoming widely available across streaming platforms.
The single also arrives ahead of the inaugural edition of CONTRA, Skrillex’s new event platform developed in collaboration with Berlin Atonal. Taking place across May 30th and 31st at Kraftwerk Berlin, the event will feature more than 70 artists spanning club music, live performance, and visual art.
Following CONTRA, Skrillex is set to return to Primavera Sound Barcelona, where he will perform on the festival’s Revolut stage before curating the CUPRA Pulse stage the following day.
