Australian DJ and producer Strath has just shared the drop of his new sonic outing with the release of ‘Can You Keep Being Around’. The new single is already available to stream and purchase via Godmode.
‘Can You Keep Being Around’ is the artist’s second single to date and combines soft, lush vocals and layered harmonies over sultry hip-hop-laced beats. The new cut will also be featured in Strath’s upcoming debut EP, titled ‘I Can’t Do This Without You’.
“I wrote this song entirely in a dream. At 3 am I awoke to scribble a quick voice note and by the time I got up later that morning the whole thing was there. I spent the following hours recording and by the evening it was basically complete. I was completely aware of the hand at my back that day and I worked patiently, making sure to savor what was one of my most memorable experiences making music.” says Strath about ‘Can You Keep Being Around’.
