Cocoon’s label head Sven Väth recently released a remix album entitled ‘Catharsis Remixes’, including new versions of tracks from his latest album ‘Catharsis’.
12 artists have been selected for this project with names such as Roman Flügel, Benjamin Damage, Robert Hood, Planetary Assault Systems, Mano Le Tough, Damiano von Erckert, Robag Wruhme, Jonathan Kaspar, Krystal Klear, Benjamin Damage, Harald Björk, and Florian Hollerith.
The remixes are arranged to keep the listener moving on the dancefloor, with each artist blending their unique sound with Vath’s to create an energetic and unyielding accompaniment to the original album. The remixes range from dreamy strings to electronic reworks that evoke nostalgia and provide expertly crafted retro soundscapes.
