Winter Music Conference roll-out its 35th edition

The Winter Music Conference (WMC) is now celebrating its 35th edition. In this time, it has given light, purpose, and direction to the entire music industry with its series of special events. By doing so, the conference- which began in 1985 – is consolidated as the longest-running conference in the electronic music scene.

Under the umbrella of the Miami Music Week (MMW), the WMC will return this year to the Faena Forum in Miami Beach, with new panels, parties, demonstrations and dynamic programming that will bring together the next generation of industry professionals and music consumers during a whole week of memorable experiences.

This time three different packages are offered to allow attendees to live a tailored experience to what they are looking for. Below, you can see a preview of this year’s programming:

WMC Standard

  • Main Stage: attend panels with renowned artists and opinion leaders in which they will discuss a variety of topics about the industry.
  • Exhibition Hall: it allows you to visit the stands of the most important brands of electronic music hardware and software, along with a new educational stage with demonstrations and practical sessions.
  • Amphitheatre: enjoy educational and technological panels along with a variety of networking events.
  • Welcome Party: celebrate the beginning of the 35th anniversary of the conference.

WMC Plus

  • WMC Standard +.
  • Industry Panels: for the most experienced attendees, they will offer sessions in the Breakout Room 1, in which they will focus on a variety of more specific industry topics, dedicated to professionals.
  • Nightlife Program: access to all events, including the WMC opening party.

WMC Pro

  • WMC Plus +
  • Mentor sessions: short Q&A sessions with artists, leaders and the best professionals in the industry. It is a remarkable opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.
  • Educational sessions: small seminars in the classroom focused on DJing and intermediate level production techniques taught by artists and other educational partners.
