Canadian producer, DJ, and Turbo Recordings head Tiga returns with ‘HOTLIFE’, his first studio album in over ten years. Leading the release is the new single ‘Ecstasy Surrounds Me’, out now via a joint drop from Turbo and Montreal’s Secret City Records.

Originally teased in 2023, ‘Ecstasy Surrounds Me’ sparked a wave of fan demand after a short Instagram preview went viral. Now officially released, the track blends autobiographical lyricism, 80s-inspired synth-pop atmospheres, and emotionally layered songwriting—written with longtime collaborator Matthew Dear and Montreal duo Jump Source. “It’s rewarding to write lyrics that resonate with people on a personal level,” shares Tiga.

On the new single, Tiga explores a sound he calls “Overt Power Romance,” contrasting vulnerability with peak-time physicality. “You have to live with every track you make,” he says. “But you don’t love all your tracks the same. I love this track with all my heart because it makes me feel like the artist I want to be. It’s forced me to become a better man, a better father, and a pillar of my community.”

‘Ecstasy Surrounds Me’ will close ‘HOTLIFE’, set for release on April 17, 2026. The LP includes collaborations with Fcukers, Boys Noize, Maara, and MRD, as part of a run of singles scheduled throughout 2025.
