Maya Jane Coles launches her new label and creative platform, Night Creatures, with the release of the debut EP ‘Night Jams Vol. 1’, arriving November 28th, 2025. Marking her first release after a short hiatus, the project reflects a new phase of independence and artistic clarity.
‘Night Jams Vol. 1’ features four original tracks that explore Coles’ signature blend of percussive club rhythm and late-night introspection. Taut drum work, spectral vocal textures, and deep low-end pressure shape a sound that continues the thread of her defining work—balancing intimacy with power, precision with emotion.
From her 2013 debut ‘Comfort’ to 2021’s ‘Night Creature’, Coles has built a world rooted in solitude, energy, and transformation. “I’ve always been a night creature… the contrast between solitude and chaos, calm and energy, that’s always inspired me,” she says.
