Theo Parrish returns to headline the Freezer at Dreamtroit for his third consecutive year for an exclusive extended set, to be held at Detroit’s Lincoln Factory on May 24th, 2026.
The lineup spans two distinct areas within the cultural complex. In the Freezer, Parrish will perform alongside fellow Detroit staple Delano Smith, Parisian artist D’Julz, and an unannounced special guest. Meanwhile, the Trackside area will feature a billing led by Anja Schneider, alongside special collaborative pairings including Magda B2B Shaun Reeves, David Triana B2B Krol, and Miss Behavior B2B
Musically, the event will highlight Detroit house and minimal techno, centering on deep grooves and extended mixing formats across both industrial rooms.
Dreamtroit has established itself as a pivotal community and arts hub in Detroit, repurposing historic industrial architecture for contemporary music programming.
