Uruguayan DJ and producer Fernando Eirin has released ‘Real Freedom’ via Cala Music.

Built around a deep bassline, atmospheric synths, ethereal pads, and evolving melodies, the track pairs a dancefloor-focused sound with a reflection on housing access and real-estate speculation in European cities.

‘Real Freedom’ is the third entry in a four-release conceptual series. It follows ‘Vindication’, which addressed oligarchs and the concentration of power, and ‘Rosedal’, a response to environmental collapse.

“Each track in this four-release series is made to dance, to enjoy, but also to reflect. The idea behind the project is to raise awareness through music,” Eirin said.

Now based in Madrid, Eirin began DJing in 2006 and moved into production in 2022.
