Irishman Chymera has unveiled his latest EP, titled ‘Varial Crush’. The new release pays homage to Berlin’s house and dub techno scene, and is already available across all platforms via Sound Of Berlin.
Opener ‘Varial Crush’ presents intricate, shifting rhythms that intertwine with elegant chords, picking up the tension before climaxing in a heart-racing break, while ‘Earth’ sees Chymera building up an intrinsic narrative, playing around the variations of the chords and sirens, ‘growing slowly into a calm and atmospheric epiphany’.
