ANII, also known as Ania Iwinska, is a talented Polish-born electronic musician who moved to London in the late 2000s to pursue her dream. She quickly gained recognition in the underground music scene for her melodic techno, earning bookings across Europe. Anii’s journey began with a love for electronic music in her hometown and led her to experiment with turntables and travel to Berlin for audio cassettes. However, she found the scene there lacking and eventually made London her home.
In London, ANII became deeply involved in the city’s vibrant music scene and honed her skills by studying at Point Blank music school. She found her passion in the emotional and dramatic side of techno and established her own studio in 2015. Anii’s releases with notable labels like Afterlife, Kompakt, and Anjunadeep showcase her talent for blending solemn melodies with contagious energy.
Despite challenges, ANII has persevered and continues to make her mark in the world of electronic music. Her journey is a testament to her hard work and determination, and she is ready to share her story with the world.
