Charles Meyer steps into the EG Podcast series with a mix rooted in house music, club experience, and a clear sense of purpose.

For nearly eighteen years, Meyer has built his path from the booth outward. After cutting his teeth in Los Angeles and San Francisco, he moved to Brooklyn, where his sound took shape across warehouses, forest gatherings, rave cruises, nightclubs, and festivals. That range comes through in his sets, which balance detail, pressure, and a strong read of the floor.

As a producer, Meyer has released music through IN/ROTATION, Box Of Cats, and Aliens On Mushrooms, while building fresh momentum through his own label, Mixed Signals. His remix of “Make Life Funky” was included by Gordo in his 2023 Essential Mix and later played at Brooklyn Mirage, placing Meyer’s work in front of a wider crowd.

Recent releases have pushed that momentum forward. His Fake Like That EP reached number 19 on Beatport’s Minimal / Deep Tech Releases chart, while “News Flash” drew praise from Data Transmission and Perspective Netherlands for its raw club drive and tight production.

For his EG Podcast appearance, Meyer brings together new originals and selected tracks from fellow producers, offering a direct look at where his head is right now. It is a confident, physical, and focused mix from an artist with years behind him and plenty still ahead.
