Empire of the Sun duo, comprised of Emperor Steele and Lord Littlemore, have just released their fourth studio album, ‘Ask That God’. The LP is now available via Capitol Records/EMI Australia.
‘Ask That God’ promises a holistic musical adventure that blurs the lines between the surreal and the real. “This body of work represents the greatest shift in consciousness our world has ever seen and that’s reflected in the music,” states Lord Littlemore. Emperor Steele adds, “We are nothing more than conduits, gathering experience and finding what is meant for the Empire to find. We know these songs have wings, and once they are released, they will fly and find a home with all kinds of souls all over the planet.”
The album features singles like ‘Cherry Blossom,’ ‘Changes,’ ‘Music On The Radio,’ and ‘The Feeling You Get’. The music video, directed by Michael Maxxis offers a surreal and cinematic journey through Thailand’s landscapes. Watch it here.
Empire of the Sun has significantly impacted global music, selling over 5.5 million albums and amassing 7.6 billion streams. Iconic anthems include ‘Walking On A Dream,’ ‘We Are The People,’ ‘Alive,’ and ‘High And Low.’
Empire of the Sun will bring their live show to Australia, the USA, and Mexico. Tickets and further information is available here.
