Yulia Niko has just unveiled her latest single with the release of ‘You Knew’. The new drop signals her much-awaited debut on Armada Music, and is already available to stream and purchase across all major digital platforms.
‘You Knew’ came to life after the Mayan Warrior party in Tulum in early 2023. The new track was recorded using vintage synths and drum machines, and sees Niko experimenting with a Roland SH-101 through a vintage TR-606 and a rare Oberheim OB-8 synth progression to create chords that are constantly changing.
“I’m super excited to release ‘You Knew’ on Armada Music. This track is a testament to how my sound is evolving, and I’m super grateful to Armada Music for believing in me and this new audial adventure I’m embarking on. So excited for everyone to hear it!” says Yulia Niko about the new release.
