With hundreds of original productions and remixes released across respected international labels, his deeply emotive approach to electronic music has steadily built a dedicated global following.

In recent years, Mass Digital’s connection with Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream imprint introduced his sound to a wider audience, with organic and melodic house productions that resonated strongly with the label’s worldwide community of listeners. Now, with his latest EP for Vibe Me To The Moon, the producer begins shifting toward a more classic deep house direction shaped by soulful vocals, groove-led arrangements, and R&B influences.

In this conversation, Mass Digital reflects on creative evolution, the current state of organic house, and why experimenting across genres remains essential to his process.

EG: Hi Mass Digital, welcome to EG! To start on a personal note, where are you right now, and what has life been like for you lately, both in and out of the studio?

Mass Digital: Hey EG, Mass Digital here. At the moment, I’m in the studio making some new vibes. Enjoying the spring weather, riding my bicycle whenever I get some free time.

EG: Since 2020, many of your current fans have discovered your music through several tracks released on Lee Burridge’s iconic imprint, All Day I Dream. How has this chapter of your career been developing, and what has this exposure meant for you as an artist?

Mass Digital: Yeah, it’s a funny thing that you get discovered by people around the world when some big name plays your music. Mr. Lee is a modern music legend, and all I can say is a big thanks to him. Entering the ADID family meant a lot to me, and it has had a huge impact on my music career so far.

EG: Your work in the organic house space has resonated with a global audience. What do you think people connect with most in that sound, and do you feel there is any outside pressure to continue in that direction?

Mass Digital: I am fortunate that people recognise my music and that I’ve contributed to the organic house movement. People feel emotions in my music, and my mission is to touch them through my vibes, to make their day brighter, to wake up that spark of love deep inside their souls.

EG: Your latest EP on the U.S.-based house label Vibe Me To The Moon marks a noticeable shift toward a more classic deep house aesthetic, with heavy R&B influences. What inspired this musical direction?

Mass Digital: Yes, it is my transition from an organic vibe to a more housey vibe. I’ve always loved deep house and classic house music. Music producers need to change their direction from time to time. It’s not good to be stuck in one genre for a long time. Experiment, explore.

“Music production is my passion, my job, and I just can’t live without it. I don’t know what the secret is, but maybe it’s a low-profile life — no stress, no rush, calmness, faith, peace”

EG: Was this a conscious move away from the organic and melodic house sound, or more of a natural evolution in your creative process?

Mass Digital: Organic house became flooded with the same sounds, same vibe, copycats. I just don’t want to be part of that party at the moment. But I’m sure I will be back, as it’s been a major part of my career so far.

EG: Can you walk us through the creation of these two tracks on the EP, ‘Needing You’ and ‘Into Your Love’? Did these tracks emerge from the same session, or develop independently?

Mass Digital: My workflow usually starts with a good melody or vocal. In this example, it was good vocals. Some sweet deep housey synths came up and that was it, two super nice housey tracks, happy me, job done.

EG: The vocals and musicality on this EP feel especially emotive and soulful. What draws you to this rhythm & blues type of vocal aesthetic?

Mass Digital: When I think about house music, I think about sweet soulful vocals. It’s just my perfect cup of tea. People love good vocals, and that type of track always gets remembered.

EG: This marks your second release for Vibe Me To The Moon. How would you describe your relationship with the label, and what made it the right home for this release?

Mass Digital: Indeed, the first release on Vibe Me To The Moon was some years ago, and I was very satisfied with the label and management, so we made a deal for a second release. And I’m sure we will continue to work together in the future.

EG: With over 15 years in the industry and an extensive discography, how do you continue to keep your sound fresh while staying true to your identity?

Mass Digital: Oh yeah, time flies so fast. Music production is my passion, my job, and I just can’t live without it. I don’t know what the secret is, but maybe it’s a low-profile life — no stress, no rush, calmness, faith, peace.

EG: When starting a new track, what typically comes first for you — groove, lyrics, melody, or atmosphere?

Mass Digital: As I said before, melody and vocals are my first choice so far, then comes the groove. I’m a melody guy. I love to play with the piano at first, then synths are on the table.

“It’s not good to be stuck in one genre for a long time. Experiment, explore”

EG: Your catalog spans multiple styles over the years. Do you see these as different phases of one evolving sound, or separate creative lanes you revisit?

Mass Digital: Yeah, as I said, music producers need to change creative lanes over time. Not drastic changes, as that is not good either. As a producer, I love to experiment with sounds, love to try some new things, and vibes. Only that way can you evolve and make your signature sound.

EG: Looking ahead, should we expect more releases in this deeper, more soulful direction, or continued exploration across different styles?

Mass Digital: The future is bright, full of good surprises, full of good vibes. Yeah, expect more deep and housey vibes from me in the future. Times are changing, people are changing, the dancefloor is changing. Music is here to stay and to change our lives. Be happy.
