Miami’s Club Space will close temporarily for renovations starting June 2nd, 2024, due to the construction of the adjacent E11EVEN Hotel and Residences.

The enhancements will add a new stairwell on the north side, ensuring the club meets Miami’s building and fire-safety standards without altering its ambiance.

The closure will not interfere with Club Space’s 25th-anniversary celebration in March 2025. Co-owner David Sinopoli attributes their negotiation success to robust relationships with developers, landlords, the City of Miami, and partners at Insomniac.

Renovations should be completed by autumn 2024. In the meantime, Club Space’s events will take place at Factory Town.

Club Space has planned two consecutive closing party marathons for the final two weekends in May. These closing parties will showcase a variety of DJs including Floorplan, Honey Dijon, Solomun, Ms. Mada, Sister System,  True Vine, among others.
