Partenaire, the Argentine DJ & producer, is back on the scene after a critically acclaimed bootleg of ‘Lose Control’, that Lemon8 hit created at the beginning of the last century. For his first original tracks to see the light so far this year, the artist chose to return with his latest EP titled ‘Echoplex | Moment Zero ‘ to one of his favorite local labels, Auditen Music
The new tracks are a faithful reflection of his trademark Partenaire sound. Anchored deep in the dark progressive realm, he rolls with dark machine-gun-like grooves and interweaves them with lush pads, sensual vocal chops, and neon-laced arpeggios for two high-octane cuts without losing the high emotional charge that his cinematic landscapes carry.
‘These tracks were created exclusively with the Auditen label in mind, given the great relationship I have with their owners Dynacom & Bodai. They are a reflection of my sound that lives between progressive, trance, and techno, and without a doubt, they have something of that progressive of yesteryear, perhaps further away from all that light with which the genre is usually associated in these times … ‘Echoplex’, just like ‘Moment Zero’ convey a need to return to the bases, to the point of origin’, says Partenaire about the release.
