Prospa have released their long-awaited debut album, ‘Free Your Mind’, out now via CircoLoco Records. The project also marks the first full-length album issued by the label.
Built around the Leeds duo’s blend of house, rave, breakbeat, and progressive influences, the record captures the evolution of Harvey Blumler and Gosha Smith from underground producers to one of the UK’s most visible electronic acts. Across its tracklist, ‘Free Your Mind’ balances club-focused energy with more reflective songwriting and melodic moments.
The album arrives following a successful run of singles, including ‘Baby’ with Murda Beatz, the title track ‘Free Your Mind’ with Cloonee, and ‘Love Songs’ featuring Kosmo Kint. The closing track, ‘Dreams’, serves as the album’s focus cut, combining cinematic textures with the duo’s dancefloor-driven approach.
Originally formed in 2013, Prospa broke through with ‘Prayer’ in 2018 and have since established themselves as festival favourites while continuing to expand their sound. Their debut album represents the duo’s most ambitious body of work to date.
