RCRDSHP celebrates women with mentorship program

To support and elevate women in dance music.

During this year’s International Women’s Day, RCRDSHP announced it will be celebrating women in the dance music industry with a new mentorship program, ‘Women of Dance’. Five female artists will get access to four workshops led by RCRDSHP partners including top labels, artists, and producers.

The mentorship program will see five women work on perfecting a new track which will then be available on RCRDSHP’s platform for purchase at the end of April. The workshops will include one-on-one coaching sessions where highly-respected expert mentors will share their experiences as well as insider tips and top tricks about the music industry.

This will be followed by a RCRDSHP studio event where the community will work with Paulina Lara, RCRDSHP’s 3D Artist and Art Director, to help design the digital collectibles for the mentees’ tracks, similar in style to the platform’s popular ‘Participate to Create’ events.

RCRDSHP has partnered with LabelRadar for this program: to enter, hopefuls must set up a page and then submit a track as well as their portfolio.
