Visiting Ibiza during the famous 2023 European heat wave on our favorite Balearic Island was an intense experience, with temperatures soaring to unprecedented levels. However, the allure of Ibiza’s vibrant atmosphere and unparalleled entertainment proved irresistible – especially in the July peak season! Despite the scorching weather of 36°C, the white isle’s renowned beaches and world-class nightlife remained as beautiful as ever.

One of the daytime highlights of the trip was a visit to Beachouse in Playa D’en Bossa. Seeking respite from the sweltering heat, a relaxing massage was the perfect way to unwind and recharge amidst the party-centric vibes. The restaurant offered a sanctuary of tranquility, providing the perfect escape from the bustling energy of the island.
For breathtaking sunsets and soul-stirring music, Experimental proved to be an ideal destination. Hidden away on a stunning beach setting in the South of Ibiza, the beach, cliffs, restaurant, and bar treated guests to a feast of great music and picturesque views as the sun dipped below the horizon. The melodic beats made it an unforgettable experience to end, or better said, start your night.
El Chiringuito stood out for its exceptional and clean food – the restaurant’s emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients elevated the dining experience to new heights. Each dish was a harmonious combination of flavors, capturing the essence of the Mediterranean and providing a total feast.
Despite the challenges of the heat wave, Ibiza was a resounding success, with Beach House, Experimental, and El Chiringuito being the cornerstones of an unforgettable adventure. The island’s magnetic charm and diverse offerings continue to make it a must-visit destination for those seeking an ideal blend of relaxation, entertainment, and culinary indulgence.
Putting the wholesome activities aside, enjoying the nightlife was imperative. At Amnesia, the excitement reached new heights during the acclaimed ‘Paradise’ night, curated every Wednesday by the renowned DJ and producer Jamie Jones. The event continues to be a captivating highlight of the club’s weekly lineup, drawing fervent crowds from all over the island and beyond. It showcases a carefully curated roster of world-class artists, pushing the boundaries of electronic music and igniting a festive atmosphere.
On the terrace, the mesmerizing beats of tINI and the Gang took center stage. tINI, a prominent figure in the underground electronic scene, brought her signature blend of groovy and dubby tunes, enticing the audience to move with infectious rhythms. The terrace came alive with a magical ambiance, offering an open-air experience under the stars of Ibiza’s night sky.
Venturing inside, the main room hosted a power-packed lineup featuring the likes of The Martinez Brothers and Richy Ahmed. The brothers from New York celebrated for their dynamic sets and genre-defying tracks, commanded the dance floor with an energy that was impossible to resist. Meanwhile, Richy Ahmed, one of the established residents, weaved a tapestry of house and techno, captivating the audience with his skillful selections.
With Jamie Jones at the helm, ‘Paradise’ at Amnesia is a sublime journey, where music, art, and culture converge to create an immersive experience.
